Creating a psychologically safe workplace starts with everyday behaviour.
Psychological safety isn’t about lowering standards or avoiding difficult conversations. It’s about whether people feel able to ask questions, share concerns, acknowledge mistakes and contribute ideas without fear of humiliation or negative interpersonal consequences.
When people hesitate to speak up, important conversations may never happen. Risks can go unreported, employees may withdraw and opportunities to address problems early can be missed.
Our training helps leaders and teams recognise these patterns and develop practical ways to improve them.

A workplace can have excellent policies on paper and still have a culture that discourages people from speaking up.
Psychological safety workshops and training

Psychological Safety Training for Leaders & Managers
Managers have a significant influence on whether employees feel safe to contribute, question decisions and raise concerns. Our leadership-focused training brings psychological safety into everyday conversations and decisions.
- Leadership behaviours that build or weaken trust
- Responding well when someone raises a concern
- Managing feedback and difficult conversations
- Recognising capacity, pressure and early warning signs
- Creating clear expectations and escalation pathways

Psychological Safety Workshops for Teams
Psychological safety is a shared experience. Our team workshops help employees understand how everyday communication and working relationships affect whether people feel able to contribute and speak openly.
- Speaking up and contributing ideas with confidence
- Constructive disagreement and respectful feedback
- Recognising behaviours that discourage participation
- Responding to mistakes and challenges constructively
- Building shared expectations for team communication
Take psychological safety beyond the policy document.
Many organisations talk about psychological safety. The harder part is making it visible in the way people communicate, lead and respond when things go wrong.
Our Psychological Safety: From Policy to Practice workshop explores the workplace behaviours and organisational systems that shape whether employees feel safe to raise concerns, share ideas and report risks.
- Understand what psychological safety looks like day to day
- Explore the influence of leadership behaviour and communication
- Strengthen feedback conversations and pathways for concerns
- Identify practical changes teams can take into their work

Ronald McDonald House
“It was far beyond my expectations. I think it’s been a life-changing event for some people. I ran into perhaps one of the more passive, gentle souls in a café today, and he told me, unprompted, that had he done this course 5 years ago, he’d be a different (happier) person today.”
Knight Frank
She explains the psychological and neurological impacts of stress and burnout in a clear, engaging and relatable way, helping attendees build greater self-awareness and practical strategies for managing the pressures of working in general practice.
Participant feedback included:
- “Excellent strategies to help individuals manage everyday stress and prevent burnout.”
- “I thoroughly enjoyed this session.”
- “I got a lot out of the presentation on burnout and stress.”
