What We Do
Convenient, Fast EAP support
- Appointments available from 6am to 11pm, seven days a week.
- 24/7 access to booking portal and resources.
- Availability to practitioners generally within 24 to 48 hours from booking.
- Sessions via phone, chat, or video call, so can be held from any location.
- Access to online support resources.
Critical incident debriefing
- Educating on how to cope with stressful and traumatic reactions.
- Instilling ‘typical’ reaction messages towards stress and trauma.
- Assisting affected employees cognitive process and their ability to articulate their emotions.
- Providing additional information and opportunity for further Connect Psych e-counselling.
24/7 critical incident response
Through our partnership with Australia’s experts, Trauma Centre of Australia, we offer a 24/7 critical response service should an employee and/or team witness or experience a significantly traumatic event. This service provides
- 24/7 phone access including triage and counselling
- 24/7 in-person, onsite counselling with an experienced trauma practitioner to debrief following an incident if required.

- Specialised counselling on topics specific to Managers and Leaders.
- Digital and printed resources.
- Monthly educational EDM’s.

Coaching for success
Maximise leadership performance through the support of pro-active issue identification, goal vision, and implementing a tangible action strategy.
