Our Support​

Our EAP well-being support programs also provide a rich repository of self-help resources that employees can access privately and anonymously, 24/7.

Importantly, all information shared on our platform is transformed into generalised and de-identified data, offering employers valuable insights into their workforce’s mental health and wellbeing while ensuring complete privacy and security. At Connect Psych Services, we are committed to creating a healthier, more productive work environment.

What We Do

Convenient, Fast EAP support
  • Appointments available from 6am to 11pm, seven days a week.
  • 24/7 access to booking portal and resources.
  • Availability to practitioners generally within 24 to 48 hours from booking.
  • Sessions via phone, chat, or video call, so can be held from any location. 
  • Access to online support resources.
Types of debriefing typically consist of four combined approaches:
 
  • Educating on how to cope with stressful and traumatic reactions.
  • Instilling ‘typical’ reaction messages towards stress and trauma.
  • Assisting affected employees cognitive process and their ability to articulate their emotions.
  • Providing additional information and opportunity for further Connect Psych e-counselling.

Through our partnership with Australia’s experts, Trauma Centre of Australia, we offer a 24/7 critical response service should an employee and/or team witness or experience a significantly traumatic event. This service provides

  • 24/7 phone access including triage and counselling
  • 24/7 in-person, onsite counselling with an experienced trauma practitioner to debrief following an incident if required.
This service does not replace calling 000.
 
If there is an immediate threat to life, please call 000 if you or someone you know is in immediate danger.
One-on-one support for leaders to assist in the management of teams and employees.
 
  • Specialised counselling on topics specific to Managers and Leaders.
  • Digital and printed resources.
  • Monthly educational EDM’s.
  • Account Management

Maximise leadership performance through the support of pro-active issue identification, goal vision, and implementing a tangible action strategy.

This may involve

  • Deepening awareness of leadership styles
  • Understanding both impact and influence they can have on the people around them. 

One-on-one e-counselling or face-to-face options available to managers and/or teams with personality testing available upon request.
