What makes our EAP program better than the rest, and how does it work?

Get the best from your employees with Connect Psych EAP

Employers find their employees have greater capacity to deliver on their work goals when their mental health and wellbeing in and away from work are counselled.

As one of Australia’s leading EAP companies we offer remote access to real psychologists and EAP counselling in an anytime environment.

By joining us employers can give their workers completely private and secure access to our proprietary portal to speak with a Qualified Psychologist and EAPAA Registered Counsellors via chat, voice call, or video.

Our eap support program also includes educational self-help resourcesworkers can access privately and anonymously, anytime. Information received via the portal is hashed into generalised data and anonymised to give employers incredible insights into their business workforce.

Your partner in increasing employee performance and workplace productivity

We offer separate and private portal logins to access our EAP programs, one for employers to access the data and another for employees to access the help they need for preventative, proactive intervention.

With access to the anonymised data, you can better understand your workforce, which in turn offers a general overview of the health of your business through its relationship with its workers.

Using the EAP data, employers can make their workplace the best it can be.

Early detection through an Employee Assistance Program can reveal problems unbeknown to many employers that workers experience, such as:

1

We take employee mental health seriously

We are here anytime, anywhere, to provide mental health support for you and your team. We also provide you with real-time, expert-interpreted data to identify trends and offer preventative solutions; you can be confident that you are providing your employees with the best mental health support and recommendations when they need it.

2

We are here to ensure your employees’ mental wellbeing

We aren’t a benefits and rewards company. We don’t outsource mental health counselling to contractors. We are Australian owned and run solely by our team of registered and experienced mental health practitioners. Plus we work with some of Australia’s most iconic organisations.

3

We are here for you and your team. Anytime, anywhere

Our e-counselling service means you can book online anytime and see our practitioner within 24-48 hours via phone, chat or video. Appointments range from 7am to 11pm, seven days a week. No need to take time off work to travel or idle in a clinical waiting room.

Key program features

Our EAP system not only uncovers the problems employees face, by offering safe and secure access to the help they need, but we report on it in a way that is private so employers can take positive steps without identifying any individuals.

By generalising problems into digestible anonymised data businesses can address the issues for a stronger more productive workplace that leads to better results.
