At Better Being, we’re a group of tertiary educated health professionals on a mission to improve people’s lives. At the moment, Australia has some of the highest rates of obesity, diabetes, and mental illness in the world. People spend the majority of their time at work, so that’s where the change has to start – at a personal and organisational level.
