The team at Connect Psych has guided our team to greater self -awareness and we have already seen a rise in positive attitude and work performance.

I really wanted to express what having a such an amazing support service like Connect Psych has done for me. It's provided me with a safe, confidential space and an amazing practitioner. My therapist Jane is incredible and I feel very blessed to work with such a skilled trauma-informed psychologist. I love that she comes from a holistic framework too, this really works for me and I love that I feel seen and heard yet gently challenged. They have been super helpful and very practical, enabling me to continue working and supporting my family with some good tools for self-care in this challenging environment.
